Banana Oat Bars

Need something to do with your over-ripe bananas? These fast and EASY Banana Oat Bars are great for the whole family. Kids love them and they are not only easy, but Gluten-Free and Vegan.

3 Ingredient Banana Oat Bars

6 Ripe Bananas
4 Cups Old Fashion Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
Optional: Chocolate Chips for topping

Directions: Preheat oven to 400*
Put Oats in blender to process to desired consistency (I like to have a few whole oats remaining). Pour oats into a bowl. Add bananas to blender and process until smooth. Pour bananas into bowl with oats and mix in cinnamon. Pour into a 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired. Bake 20-25 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing and cutting. These can be stored at room temperature for 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. They also freeze great!
